UGGC & Associés is counselling new investors on their capital subscription in Sisteer Telecom Enabler.
In order to develop a more comprehensive service plat-form and be more international, Montrouge-based Sisteer Telecom Enabler was granted 2.5 million euros, after a second pool. Socadif, which had already staked 1 million euros in 2007, is staking an additional 0.5 million euros. It is joined by CM-CIC Capital Privé (1.1 million euros) and by Sigma Gestion (0.9 million euros) – knowing that Oséo has brought in 0.5 million euros in equity security development credit. Thus, all three investors each hold 10% of the share capital alongside both founders, who created the company in 1999, before initiating their first IT solutions for virtual mobile service providers in 2004. Since then, the plat-form they created has been quite successful, as Sisteer Telecom Enabler now manages over 2 million users for twenty virtual service providers (Virgin Mobile, Symacom Mobile…). Furthermore, they have opened a subsidiary in Morocco, in order to accompany the launch of 10 service providers, and another one in Brazil. With its 70 employees, they had 6.5 million euros in consolidated revenue in 2009 and .05 million euros in net income. This year, Sisteer is planning on 10 million euros in sales and 23 million euros in 2011.
